according to the requirements of the regulation on "Öztemiryolqurilimontaj" LLC executive body
announces a selection for the selection of candidates for the position of head.
1. Position description (instruction):
- Is the executor of the leadership of the current activities of the society;
- acts on behalf of society without a power of attorney, including society
expresses interests and makes transactions;
- Signs financial and other documents of the society;
- opens accounts and other account sheets in banks, its competence
manages community property and finances within;
- annual report, annual balance sheet and net among participants

2. Qualification requirements for candidates:
The following people are ineligible:
* persons without higher education;
• persons who do not have at least 2 years of work experience in a leadership position;
• due to violations of license requirements and conditions under the fault of these persons,
at the time of revocation of the license to carry out the specified activities, such
when individuals are acting as a single executive body or a collegiate executive body
if it is part of or is considered the founders of a legal entity and revokes such a license
less than three years have passed since;
• committed crimes in the field of economics or against management procedures

to the open electronic register of persons found guilty of committing crimes
if included;
• work in a specific position or with a specific activity according to the court verdict

General requirements for candidates:
• higher education in the specialty;
• leadership positions including chairman of the board/director, leader
positions equivalent to deputy or leadership position (chief engineer,
having at least 2 years of seniority in the deputy director and other positions;
* persons with at least 5 years of experience in this field;
* availability of successful experience in managing large enterprises;
• business strategy/sustainable in the businesses it operates or manages
development / investment project policy development and promotion experience;
• deep changes in the enterprises in which he operated or managed, modern
experience in the development and implementation of corporate system and culture;

• Leadership experience in the field where the competition was announced (chairman of the board/director,
equivalent to Chairman of the Board/Deputy Director or leadership position
positions (chief engineer, chief mechanic, chief economist, head of Department/tsex etc.))
