In the regions, needy families and unemployed citizens are being registered, their problems, interests, and opportunities are being studied. On this basis, individual development plans are being developed, and practical measures are being taken to train citizens in professions, attract them to entrepreneurship, provide preferential financial support, and create permanent jobs.

Special attention is also being paid to expanding additional sources of income for the population, including the effective use of household and rental land, the establishment of profitable projects in neighborhoods, and the development of family entrepreneurship. In this regard, priority is given to implementing specific and practical solutions based on the capabilities of each family.

The main goal of these works is to reduce poverty by creating new jobs in the regions, expanding sustainable sources of income for the population, and increasing the economic activity of families. It is planned to systematically continue targeted work in this regard by the State Assets Agency.
